Apparently it's the "Great" Temple (Special Edition style) on the left side with a newly added structure on the top that wasn't there in Ralph McQuarrie's original sketch of the Great Temple on Yavin IV (published in The Art of Star Wars).
Interestingly, the original Tikal temples seen in the background (both in the Original Version and Special Edition) were surrounded by heavy and tall jungle foliage, which has completely gone in the poster artwork (hopefully just an artistic rendition featuring "X-Ray Vision" for clarity).
