Lando's back baby!

Lucasfilm has announced a new Lando centric show for Disney Plus. No word if Donald Glover who took a turn as Lando in the Solo film will return or if a new actor will take the gig. 

Justin Simien who wrote, produced and directed Netflix's Dear White People is set to break the show. 

Star Wars: Lando will be an event show - meaning it will probably have a predetermined limited run like the Obi-Wan Kenobi show directed by Deborah Chow will be. 

In a dream world, we hope it features an old Lando about to tell a tale featuring the new Lando - i.e Calrissian sets up the story and Glover does all the action.

Of course, The Rise of Skywalker did leave Lando a thread to follow up - is Janna his missing daughter?

We can but dream how the show plays out!
